All orders are Dispatched  within 24 - 48 hours from the time of order placed. 

Order Tracking
If a tracking No. # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information and inform you through email  and SMS. You can also track your order by logging into your googlias account. You can track your purchase anytime by using the tracking number or link provided once your order is shipped.

Shipping Details (Domestic)

  • Shipping for particular Pincodes are done through Speed Post. Rs. 100 for 500 Grams.
  • Shipping in rural areas, delivery of products may go up to 15 days.
  • Shipping in major parts of India will be completed within 3 to 10 Working days.
  • Delivery may get little delayed under unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, Govt. holidays, or political reasons.

Shipping Details (International)

  • Please NOTE: Cash On Delivery facility is not available on International orders.
  • International Customers are eligible to place orders only via. credit cards.
  • All the Taxes & Customs Duties is to be bared by the Customer themselves, if any.
  • All your orders will be delivered at your door step within 5-15 Days.
  • Delivery may get little delayed under unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, Govt. holidays, or political reasons.
  • If the customer refuses to accept the package at the time of delivery, a credit coupon will be issued to your Googlias account excluding return shipping charges. The credit coupon can be used for further purchases on Googlias.com.
  • You will get updates via. mail or telephone, about your purchase until it reaches to your hands safely.

Customer Responsibilities:

Please do not accept the delivery, if you receive a product in outwardly damaged condition, or if you find a tampered packaging. In such case, Inspecting the shipment is the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for freight damage and cannot file a claim for you. Immediately filing a claim with the carrier is the responsibility of the customer. Manufacturers are not responsible for freight damage, and shall not pay any amount for the same. Freight damage is the responsibility of the carrier. Be sure you are receiving correct goods in the perfect condition.
